Elections for the renewal of social offices 2025: Voting guide
From 13 to 27 February, the online vote for the renewal of the MICS corporate offices will take place, for the two-year period 2025-2026
ACCESS TO THE MICS 2025 ELECTRONIC POLLING STATION
The electronic polling station for online voting will be active from 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 13 February 2025 to 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 27 February 2025.
All members with voting rights (members and new members up to date with their membership fees up to and including 2025) will receive between 11 February and 12 February 2025 from the sender notifica@evoting.it the link and personal access credentials that will allow you to proceed with the vote on the ELIGO certified platform (please also check your spam/junk mailbox).
Starting from Thursday 13 February, if you are up to date with payments and have not received the credentials to access the ELIGO certified platform, you can write to: segreteria@mics.ist

VOTING METHODS
The vote can be cast only 1 time for each vote.
Once the ballot has been validated and your vote has been cast, the system will not allow any changes by re-logging in with the same account.
You will not be able to log in with additional accounts, so we recommend that you check your preferences before confirming them.
The voting system guarantees respect for privacy and absolute secrecy of the vote.
• For the members of the Board of Directors it is possible to express from 1 to 6 preferences.
• For the Board of Arbitrators it is possible to express from 1 to 2 preferences.
• For each of the 2 ballots it is possible to vote "blank ballot".
RESULTS OF VOTING
The results of the electronic voting will be announced during the Ordinary Assembly of MICS Members to be held on Saturday 1 March 2025 on the occasion of the "I MICS National Conference: SYMPHONY of METAORGANISM", at the Catholic University of Piacenza (Via Emilia Parmense, 84, 29122 Piacenza PC).
Participation in the Ordinary Assembly and the Elections is reserved for all Members in good standing with their membership fees up to and including 2025.
